Geoffrey Gardner, LCSW

Sometimes life can become difficult to handle on your own, and even asking for help can seem overwhelming or unattainable. I am here to tell you that it is normal and healthy to seek out help and support if you are finding yourself stuck, struggling, or overwhelmed. Everyone deserves a chance to live a happy and fulfilled life. My goal is to provide you with a positive direction towards meeting your own personalized goals.

I received my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and have thirteen years of experience in the field. I have worked in many different settings and various populations of all ages. I am passionate about helping people optimize their well-being by gaining new insights into themselves, others, and the world around them. I have years of experience utilizing a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy modality while taking both person-centered and mindfulness-based approaches. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ population, those experiencing phase of life issues, as well as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.

I invite you to reach out if you feel you would benefit from receiving extra support in therapeutic services from someone who is strongly dedicated to helping others - it is okay to ask for help!
