Please note the following important information regarding the use of our secure client portal messaging system:
- Response Time: Providers may take up to 72 business hours (3 business days) to respond to portal messages. This platform is not monitored continuously, and response times may vary based on provider availability and clinical schedules.
- Emergencies: Do not use the client portal to communicate about urgent or emergency situations. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. Messages sent through the portal in such situations may not be seen or responded to in a timely manner and could delay critical care. This includes severe side effects from medications, including altered mental status, unstable vital signs, or other symptoms that may be life-threatening
