Jillian Gray, LAC
Hi, I'm Jillian, a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable navigating life's challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and work alongside clients to build on their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their personal goals.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University in 2023 and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stockton University in 2025. My client-centered approach incorporates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and self-esteem concerns.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy traveling with family and friends, running, taking Pilates classes, and baking.
